What is the cost of services for case management support?

• Case Management Services: Will vary depending on if you are seeking support with a WPATH Surgery Support Letter, LGBTQ+ Fertility Exploration, or Name Change Process. Each service requires a different amount of time, so please consult with your therapist

Do you offer sliding scale or pay what you can options?

• Sliding Scale for Individual Therapy: $25-$50

Why do you offer sliding scale and pay what you can options?

• ETA Therapy believes it is imperative that therapy and case management support be provided to all, regardless of economic situation. Therefore, ETA Therapy offers sliding scale options in limited capacity for individual therapy, so please do not be afraid to disclose needing this option during the free consultation call. In addition, case management services are pay what you can, no questions asked.

Do you accept insurance?

• ETA Therapy is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare plans for the state of Pennsylvania. ETA Therapy is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare plans for the state of New Jersey. Your cost for therapy services will depend on your specific insurance plan. Please note that insurance verification may take 24-72 hours. To get an accurate estimate of your costs, please notify your therapist as soon as possible.

• If you have an out-of-network plan like a PPO or POS, you may qualify for therapy session reimbursement. Many providers issue monthly Superbills that would enable you to receive a percentage of reimbursement. At ETA Therapy, we prioritize your access to funds. This means you have the option to select weekly, biweekly, or monthly Superbills - the frequency is your choice. Should you have questions about Superbills or reimbursement with an out-of-network PPO or POS plan, your therapist is available to guide you through the process and ensure uninterrupted care. 

Do you offer in-person therapy or services?

• At this time, ETA Therapy is a fully Telehealth practice. ETA Therapy is expected to open office space in Fall 2025 in the Philadelphia area.

What is your cancellation policy?

• If for some reason you need to cancel a session, please try to reach out 24hours in advance before the scheduled session time. If it is not within that time frame, you will be charged the session fee at the agreed upon rate.
